An Immune BOOSTER that should be taken as part of your daily supplement regiment but can be used at the onset of illness as well. Like with other natural products, these supplements work best when taken OFTEN and EARLY. My Elderberry Syrup is a blend of Elderberries, Vitamin C packed - Rosehip, warming spices such as Ginger and Cinnamon and sweetened with Grade A Maple. My syrup should stay refrigerated as I have not added anything to shelf stabilize it, which allows you to enjoy a product without the nonessentials.

Organic Dried Elderberries (Sambucus Nigra), Organic Dried Rosehip, Organic Fresh Ginger, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Grade A Maple Syrup, Water

Instructions For Use:

For General Immune Support - Adults take 1 Tbsp. per day / Children take 1 Tsp. per day

For Flu and Cold Support - Take 1 dose every 2-3 hours until you've recovered

How much Elderberry will my family need?

Based on the recommended daily dosing, a family of 2 adults, if taken daily would use approximately 32oz per month.

Based on the recommended daily dosing, a family of 2 adult and 2 children, if taken daily would use approximately 64oz per month.

Is this safe for infants to use?

Yes! Our blend is sweetened with Organic Maple Syrup vs. Honey which isn’t recommended for babies.

What about after flu and cold season, do you still take everyday?

It’s safe to say that you can scale back your usage to a couple times a week. I recommend that everyone learns about the other benefits of Elderberry as part of their daily regiment (such as seasonal allergies) before scaling too far back!

Why does this need to be refrigerated?

We get this question a lot. Since our blend contains real maple syrup, real maple should be kept in the refrigerator to slow the growth of any potential mold. If you left it out by accident, you have nothing to worry about.

Why is the product only good for 30 days?

Our Elderberry Syrup is made fresh, weekly and in small batches. We recommend using within 30 days of the batch date, but the product will last longer than that in the refrigerator. If the product were to “turn” it would have a fermenting smell. We are required to give a suggested expiration per the board of health.
